Hannah’s Moksha Yoga journey began when Moksha East Van first opened its doors in 2012. From the moment she walked into the studio right up until when she left (sweaty, happy, and smiling), it felt like a homecoming. Inside the hot room, she found a sense of peace, grounding, and compassion that strengthened her body and quieted her mind. Outside the hot room, she found a connection to a global community of likeminded individuals working tirelessly in the service of peace and wellbeing for all.
Hannah’s passion for the practice of yoga both on and off the mat led her to complete her Moksha Level 1 training in 2013. She completed additional training in Moksha Flow in 2015. Her classes offer safe and structured challenge, encouraging students to approach every movement with curiosity and playfulness. Hannah looks forward to sharing her excitement for the Moksha Yoga practice with her new community on the North Shore.
