Nicole has been teaching within the Moksha community since 2014, and is super excited for the North Shore to finally get a taste of what it’s all about! The Moksha sequence taught her a lot of truths about her yoga practice; she’s learned what balance means within her body. Moksha helps Nicole understand that vitality doesn’t always have to come from extreme exercise, and gives her more strength when she seeks out other forms of movement. Nicole is beyond thrilled to be part of this birth of a great community. See you in the hot room!
