I started Moksha yoga two years ago as a way to cope with neck and shoulder issues. Now I practice yoga for some "me" time. In class we are reminded to be present as it is important to make time for yourself and recharge amidst our busy schedules. Whether it is a Moksha Flow class first thing in the morning or Moksha class after work, I always leave the studio feeling more energized, rejuvenated, calm, and relaxed.
