I’ve got two little ones aged 3 and 5 that I spend most of my time with. I also work outside of the home as a Dietitian. Every working parent knows how precious time is, and I often find myself racing through the day with barely any time to breathe. Since I started my Moksha Yoga practice last year I’ve been able to connect with my breath again. Every time I leave a Moksha class I feel happy, centered, and grounded. I’ve also found that by connecting with my breath in Moksha Flow classes, it’s a meditative practice for me.
